Question about My Warning level?

I know this is really off the topic but I was wondering, why do I have this warning thing on me? I dont recall having broken any rules or something.It would be nive if I was told what I am doing wrong cos it might just continue as I can not for the life of me figure out what it is exactly that i am doing wrong.i hope the right persons read this...

Post split from another Topic.Everyone shows their own "Warning Level Indicator" to themselves. They are private to the Member. Look at the indicator for a percentage value.When it is at 0% you are good to go.
