Prescott Defines Homelessness As Not A Good Thing

John Prescott in the last few minutes on the Today programme said the following among a lot of other high speed gabble.

 

Any definition of homelessness that suggests that people haven't got a home is not a good thing at all..

 

Indeed what a terrible suggestion.

 

I am now struggling to remember the name of the Tory politician in the 80s who said.

 

"These stories about homelessness are just rumours put about by people with nowhere to live."
