How Long Does It Take To Get Bought Credits?

I bought a couple of days ago, the 185 package of credits, but they still haven't been added to my account so I was wondering how long it takes for them to be added? Thanks(and thanks to whoever moved this into the correct place)

Hi,Have you submitted a support ticket? Please submit a support ticket at sales [@] Xisto - Web Hosting[.]com with the payment details and the package you have selected and I will submit the credits accordingly.
