You can try some CSS codes and design it on your way. I think your service provce supports CSS editing. There are some CSS generators on the web and all you have to do is edit some of its images and table tags. I hope your forum community will grow! =)

There are also a number of Invision Power Board skins websites, which are mainly created by designers dedicated to creating skins for the many forum creators/administrators/etc out there. Its a good place to start if you're only starting to create a forum for small use at first, which can be easily expanded out and/or the skins edited around as the place expands.
