Special Sig Request [denied] I need some1 who knows how to use Flash.

Hey, i have a sig here that im happy with but i wanted to know if any1 could add sound to this image with Flash or another program. When i say sound, i mean when som1 puts their mouse over the image they can hear a song or noises. I would like som1 to take this sig and add some battle noises or gunshots to that effect if you can. Thank you .
