Are you using the cpanel? or smart ftp? If your using cpanel, login from http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/, then go to file management or manager. Then a window should pop up, click on the folder next to public_html. Then either upload your .html file, or create a index.html file. Index.html is the first file you see on http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/. I hope I helped ya!

Well, i think if anything is index.extension it will work, but im not sure which one overrules all. And if you are using ftp, just go to www and upload your html files.Or you can do what nol said, but i think ftp is better, he doesnt -.-

Well I hope this helps you but HTML is a language you code your websites in and the various tags do various things and you need them to make your page work.

I think he read your question wrong, hes just telling you that you need various html tags, such as DIV and things for your page to work. Not where to put your already made html code.
