vintedois 0 Report post Posted July 3, 2007 As it was thoroughly proved in the multi discipline fights like Ultimate Fighting Championships and Pride competitions, the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which is a variation created by the Gracie family in Rio de Janeiro is the best technique of submission ever conceived. Rickson Gracie and his "little" brother Royce proved in the ring that against any martial art Jiu-Jitsu has proven it?s value, you don?t need to be particularly strong to practice it, 80% of this modality runs on intelligence, not in strength. You who seek for the most complete martial art, this is the one! There are a lot of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu dojos in the USA and other countries.Go give it a shot! Most MMA fighters train in both a striking and a grappling style. A good example of this type of combination is muay Thai and BJJ.
