Php Nuke Index Shows Blank Page php nuke problem

hey i have just get hosting a few days ago but what is this problem i uploaded nuke 7.6r3load.trap17.com/index.phpbut i cant able to see any thing in explorer how can i fix this problem is there any security on by default .... please told me i am new here... ?

sorry i have't modefied the php nuke or aits any part i am uploading as it is downloaded..Bu it seems when i put correct information in database configuration file to connect to database then a blank page appears other wise php nuke error occurs ... "Problem in Database"Please do advise me some thing !fantastico is also not running on your server i have to install php nuke ..
