My Riddles! - See If You Can Answer Them

Three men walk into a hotel. They decide to split the cost of a room. The room is $30. They each pay $10 and head up to their room.

The manager realizes there was a mistake and tells the clerk the room is actually only $25. He hands five $1 coins to the bell hop and tells him to go refund their money. On the way up to the room the bell hop realizes that there is no way three men can split $5. He decides to help the situation and pockets $2. He knocks on the door, gives each man back a dollar.

So now each man has paid $9. $9 times 3 is $27 plus the two the bell hop stole. That is only $29! Where is the other dollar?

The question itself is flawed.  Yes, 9 times 3 is 27.  However, they each payed 9, and got 1 back.  The two the bellhop stole came out of the three sets of 9...Ie,

Initially each pay 10.

Price reduces to 25.

Each get 1 dollar back, meaning they paid a total of 27.

2 dollars to the bellhop = 25

Hotel RiddleMy Riddles! - See If You Can Answer Them

if u actually think about this riddle closely u will see what u did wrong. U are all looking at it as if they have all paid 9 each for the room. The 2 dollars the bellhop stolen are actually included in the 27$. There fore u have the 27 and add the 3 they got back and u arrive at 30.

A father and a son were in an accident. The father died instantly and the son was in critical condition. The only way for him to survive is if the top surgeon operates on him. When the surgeon took one look at him, the surgeon replies ... "I cant operate on him, he's my son" how can that be possible?
