no9t9 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2004 you can't give them away until google has given you some. you will see a link under your labels box on the left hand side of the screen if you have invites. It will say "invite 6 friends to gmail". For some reason, gmail gives out invites in 6's. the invitations are not given to everyone. i've heard that they give more invites to people who email a lot of people that aren't on gmail. also, those who give away invites that actually get used will get more invites. but this is all speculation. so far, ive given away like 50 or 60 but the invites seem to have slowed down lately... i've got a few i can spare if u need some...
