A Small Star In Adobe Photoshop

a small Star in Adobe photoshop

 

1- Create a new image with black background color (#000000). Note: dimension is not important.

2- Specify foreground color to white color(#ffffff) Click on the Custom Shape Tool or press U to open the Custom Shape Tool toolbar. In shape dropdown menu select Star.

3- In the image, draw a star like below

4- Go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur (here photoshop may displays a warning massage; click ok). In the Radial Blur dialog box specify following settings : (amount=50, blur method=zoom, quality=best) and then click ok.

5- Go to Filter > Sketch > Chrome and specify following settings: detail=10, smoothness=10 and click ok.

6- Hold down Ctrl and press J (Ctrl+J) to duplicate the layer. And then in the layers palette , change blending mode to Multilayer .

7- In upper layer hold down Ctrl and press U (Ctrl+U) to open Hue/Saturation dialog box. And specify following settings: check colorize radio, Hue:100, Saturation: 100, Lightness:0. Then press Ctrl+E to merge layers and then press Ctrl+J and change blending mode to Screen.

8- Rotate upper layer to appears like below.

Of Course this image is a simple image, you may use this star with combination of other images.

I really like that :lol: but how am I able to change the blending model to multilayer please? (In CS2?!)

well i also realy lik ethe out come of this tut, but to consider it being used in sign or templates, its almost impossible, it wont fit, but its still very good for wallpapers7.5/10 fo rthe tut,cause of an awesome resultgreetz crazy
