Building My Own Pc. Or Can Someone Build It For Me? (links To Items Buildin)

Recommended Posts

First off... Would this all work?

http://www.newegg.com/Common/MessagePage.aspx?MsgCode=-1&ID=3

http://www.newegg.com/Common/MessagePage.aspx?MsgCode=-1&ID=33

http://www.newegg.com/Common/MessagePage.aspx?MsgCode=-1&ID=6

And a Intel Core 2 Duo CPU 6300 Processor.

Now could someone give me links to a good build? Does not need a good video card. Just as long as I can upgrade it later. Does not have to come with a OS.

Thank you for any help!

Get a motherboard, processor and a nice hard drive with some nice ram. A good graphic card can also help along with a dvd player. I built by current pc and it is good way faster than other ones. The negative thing is though that it makes a lot of sound. 3 times than a regular pc but i really love it and it is great. Good luck with your try anyways.

Stay away from cases that include the power supply, some are alright, but often the quality of the power supply is much lower. If you want your computer to run smoothly I'd recommend a case without a power supply and buy one seperately. Atleast 500w these days. And more if you have SLI or high end processor and video cards. If you are interested in purchasing a custom built computer definately check us out: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
We will completely customize a computer for you based on exactly what you are looking for. You describe your needs and we'll fit a system to your price range and computer uses. May not be a bad idea if you are hesitant as to what parts are compatiable or are unsure of anything.

Secondly, it would be better to get more ram than just 1 gig if you ever plan on using Vista. I have 1 gig of ram and it runs fine but even when idol i use half of it. My advice would be to get 2 gig worth so you will be fine.

Definately agree with fffanatics, especially if you're planning on running Vista. All those pretty designs and effects in Vista influence your computer somehow, better make sure you have enough RAM to run it. 2Gigs minimum I'd say, if you're willing to spring for it I'd even say 4Gigs. With 4Gigs you would be set for awhile.
