BuffaloHelp 24 Report post Posted January 31, 2007 If what you are asking is, can your files from Xisto (which is now no more) hosting account be transferred to the Xisto - Web Hosting account?No. When your group status goes from HOSTED to Members, this means your hosting credit exceeded -30 days. After 30 days your account is automatically deleted from the hosting database and all information relating to your hosting account (files, email, domain) are erased.
