Dns Propagation Is this a problem, should I wait?

I have my domain name, I point it to the T17 nameservers when the account creator said to do so. Then it says me I should wait for it to propagate.I didn't get it. Should I wait for it to propagate to display the page when done making the page?Or should I wait for it to propagate so then I can create my hosting account?

This is normal and there's nothing you or Xisto can do to expedite the process.
