They all seem to be edited to market to teenagers and this is happening all the time! no matter what kind of movie it is. I have missed seeing many a good films just because the trailer made it look completely stupid. Basically I think most trailers suck as a rule. Fortunately there are some exceptions... When I saw the trailer for "Sin City" I was so impresed that wanted to see it as soon as posssible. ... I really think it is one of the best trailers I have ever seen in my life, and probably one of the coolest looking films I have ever seen a preview for! As soon as I saw the trailer ,I felt in love with the movie, However, I have never read the graphic novels and so I only went to see this film based on its awesome trailer, I liked the visuals, Black and white noir mixed with moments of color and intense music, and Jessica Alba .. oh well no more words ..take a look here.. http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ If you have not seen this movie .. husker 0 Report post Posted November 26, 2006 Well you can't leave out the trailers, whether you like them or not. Without them, you wouldn't want to see the movie because you wouldn't know what it was about. They market towards teenagers because they are the people seeing most of the movies, so it makes sense. This movie doesn't look that great, partly because it's black and white which I really don't like. But, Jessica Alba always helps . Anyways, doesn't look that great to me from the trailer.
