Read Xisto Readme FIRST.When you reach ZERO credits and lower, you cannot access your account (either cPanel or FTP) and your site is suspended. Your site is automatically un-suspended when you bring yourself out of ZERO or NEGATIVE into 4 hosting credits, and then wait about 1 hour. Until the reanimation of your site, your files are safe.When your hosting credit reaches -30 everything is deleted and hosting terminated. Nothing can be recovered by then.Topic closed.
