jlhaslip 4 Report post Posted September 27, 2006 In my humble opinion, as long as the material was freely available elsewhere on the web, and downloadable by anyone (with the publisher's permission), and not available for download from your site, or otherwise in violation of the copyright holder's rights, you would be okay.Having said that, good luck with the site.I am sure that BH or Opaque will be by to confirm or deny my opinion is acceptable to them. Batteries 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2006 (edited) If they are an unsigned band then it shouldn't be too much of a problem. hmm, publishers website, though. But you're admin of the band's official site. I'm sure if the band approved then it wouldn't be a problem for you to get it up there.; it's their music? *Edited* Darn, you weren't asking for something like a jukebox for the site I had a suggestion there, but that'd be a little off topic, eh.
