Hosting Deactivation/suspension Self-suspend/halt your hosting account

HiI need an option that will suspend your hosting account, like when you have negative credits. But I have 25 credits and I don't want to waste them.So I need:1. Hosting suspension.2. Credits suspension (credits won't be used per day because there is no hosting).The reason for this is because I need to develop my website more before uploading. So can I do this?(note: It should be allowable to earn credits.)

Okay, so will my credits be purged if I terminate hosting?I think I'll take the reapplying option, it is much easier.
