Two ways: In this page: https://www.google.com%2Fwebmasters%2Ftools%2Fsubmit-url%3Fhl%3Des%26continue%3D%2Faddurl&followup=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2Fwebmasters%2Ftools%2 Or whit Webmaster Google Tools. https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogi%3Des&hl=es If you like that google search your web in France use https://www.google.fr/?gws_rd=ssl, in Italy https://www.google.it/?gws_rd=ssl, etc. You need a google account for the seccond method.
