^^^^^^ :) 3 Posts 1 after the other :D Anyway...I didnt mind NFS:U but i dont think that style of racing is really for NFS I mean NFS was always outdoor racing which was great going through all the weathers eg. Snow, Rain, Hail etc!Street Racing should be left up to those that have games based around that style of Driving Games.NFS: High Stakes ALL THE WAY!!! :D

what do you think of NFSU2?

I have not played it but i was considering to...so do you suggest it?

Ok i will :D .

The game?s single play is excellent. Players get to run seven types of races throughout the fictional city of Bay View. There are five levels to race through, each with a new section of the city being revealed and more races generated against better drivers. Winning races earns money to be used in customizing the car for better performance or looks. It takes more than a pile of wins to move ahead to the next level. You will also need new cars. This means you need to earn sponsorships from companies that will pay you in parts discounts and usually a new ride. Of course, they only want skilled drivers who already have hot cars.

As you spend your winnings on fine-tuning your ride for better handling, acceleration and top speed, you also need to spend cash on making it look good. The levels of detail on increasing the car?s performance is complicated yet amazingly easy to navigate. The menus are easy to follow. To truly gain a hand on how the car runs, each time you install a new part you can run the car over a treadmill to examine performance. Then you can get into micromanaging how it all works for better results. The game also offers hundreds of combinations for your car including neon lighting, custom rims, special paint, decals, new hoods, flair packages, spoilers and much more.

Cars have a visual rating and new additions drive the rating up. When it is ?hot? enough magazines and DVD producers offer to feature your ride on their covers. This pleases your sponsor and fulfills your commitment to them. It sounds like a lot of work to make a level, but there is an appeal to tricking out your car the way you want it. You pick the colors and visual add-ons to increase the rating. This makes your car personal. It?s your ride, not something picked off the lot like in the Gran Turismo games. When you are done, your car is going to scream ?you.? Whether it looks like a slick racing machine, something out of ?Fast and the Furious? or a whacked out pimp-mobile, it is all up to you.

Multi-play is rock solid. Five players can gather on-line and race through the streets of Bay View using their own tricked out cars on courses from the game. The voice chat works better than expected and makes the racing even more interesting. There?s nothing better than trying to taunt your opponent at just the right time leaving them to miss a curve and give you an opening.

Racing in Need for Speed: Underground 2 is varied with seven types of races. Each level provides new locations with better drivers running hotter cars. The variety keeps the game from getting boring. Street races versus other drivers are there. They are called ?circuits? and involve a few laps over street routes. There are also ?sprints? through the city, but they go from one point to another without any laps. It?s a mad dash for the finish in these. ?Drags? are slightly different from the regular racing. It is a contest to make a straight line in the shortest time, but the game focuses on shifting and avoiding obstacles. Steering is more changing lanes than actual control. These can be the coolest to watch. Cars ripping through a train yard at 100+ mph and then catching air at the finish is wicked. If you want really tight curves, some dirt on the track and a lot of bumping in the race, ?Street X? is for you. It is a cross between motorcross and street racing. Another series of races are ?drifts.? These are on slippery floors where the winner is the one with the most points based on putting the car sideways during the race. Once you have won a few of these various races you are allowed to join the ?Underground Racing League,? which is where the top racers break into the local race course and go at it. The last style is more of a chance occurrence on the Bay View freeway. ?Outrun? is exactly what the name implies. You are engaged in a challenge by another street racer and the chase begins. A meter tracks the distance between you. If you are behind, you are to catch the other car. When they are behind, you need to make distance to lose them and win.

If you need speed! This game is the best :D .

Its allready come out dude(three guesses why  ) urm and te game ROCKS HARD. I just love the graphics and the way you can rome around the cities???that is just amzing. The gameplay itself has got much harder but there are still the bits when you just gothrough it like dust. The hardest i think is the drag now, I used to be gr8 at it but now they have just made it plain hard, I think any 3 year old would get confused of what to do and hence he will start crying and his mum will sue ea games and then we will never see them again...or at least thats what i think :P:ph34r::P:) dont hit me ea, i am just a game lover of nfsu2 and i say that u should say like 7+ at least because any three year old punk can get confused+a three year old SHOULDNT BE REALLY playing but thats rules for u, its like letting a 13 year old watch a porn movie. Anyways, the game is very hard and you shoul get it IF you r over 7

I Love the game but it is not difficult to win in carreer mode but online!! If you don't have a setup its impossible to win. I like the tuning jcuh in the game and i'm interested in the new game called Most Wanted but io think that no game is better in tuning than Neef for Speed Underground 2!
