Mjay06 0 Report post Posted July 21, 2006 You can get free programs that will do it, bulent's screen recorder is pretty good - just re-record the section you want then edit it in any photo editing software you have. Plenoptic 0 Report post Posted July 21, 2006 If you have Windows XP with Windows Movie Maker you can do it with that. All you have to do is drag the clip in there and as you get to the point click pause and then click the photo icon. iwuvcookies 0 Report post Posted July 22, 2006 Power DVD should do the job if you have that already. And some other dvd software they isntall on your computer that goes with your dvd.
