I am still wishing to own the site but i just want someone to manage the site. I am willing to give full controls over to the person who wants to take over the site and i will also keep up all the posting required to keep the site running for no cost. The person who takes over the site must know what he/she is doing and must listen to Metal or Rock. I will also still provide the video space (up to 10 gigs) for the site at no cost. The videos will be hosted on my paid web host. I will give you an FTP username and everything. Remember i just want you to manage the site, and i will provide everything for you. Hell if do this i will even give you 500 MB of free space on the same web server the site is going on for you to use on anything you want. Also as a note if you do not do a good job managing the site i will remove you as a webmaster, replace all of your content with the backup i have, and replace you (not saying that to be an a$$hole but remember i still do own this site and i want it to pull through as a good site.)
