It doesn't sound familiar to me, so probably it's not so crash-hot; especially seeing most graphics cards in laptops are rather average anyway, unless you spend some serious dough from the beginning.Right now I'm using a PCI-e 128mb 6600GT, which was the mid-range to budget card of choice not all that long ago. These days its getting on the slower end of things, and I would not be recommending it if you like gaming; though for a budget computer or light gaming it's still a good card to get, but I don't believe it holds the price/performance sweetspot like it used to.
