dazappa 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2006 Yeah well my dad is sort of a Mac freak, and somehow managed to get an emulated windows 2000 to run on his mac OS 9, or g4. I find it kind of funny because they didn't make virtual mac for windows. And just how Windows made Microsoft office etc for macs. wariorpk 0 Report post Posted May 27, 2006 I think the reason they emulate Windows on a MAC computer is because of the popularity of Windows. Almost every piece of software you buy is released for Windows and if it is released for MAC it it a while after (my friend gets so annoyed by that). Emulating Windows allows MAC users a whole bunch of new programs. If a Windows user emulated MAC they wouldn't really be able to do anything they could not before.
