IF you are a common user from Trap 17 you probably remember a blue frog in a banner, and a slogan (450000 emails protected), well , that banner was from a company that used to spam spammers, (kinda virtual war) called Blue Security.But, obviously, the bad guys (the spammers) wouldn't keep with crossed arms, they paybacked the company with several DoS (denial of service) attacks, in fact, one of the suspects identified by PharmaMaster threat the company with more attack, in fact takes Down Tucowsand starts another attack and takes down Tucows's DNS servers which were serving thousands of sites, including Blue Security's. Tucows terminates Blue Security's account in an attempt to stop the attack.And the final attack wa sthe most powerful,Almost 24 hours later, PharmaMaster boasts success in another ICQ messageICQ Message: "pharma master: you know i feel sorry for you and all the world 9000 servers are down because of your company "pharma master: world cant resolv "pharma master: all the biggest isps been emailed that all this of bluesecurity.com and lets see how they would love you to be able to push trafic from them "pharma master: good luck anyway" In that moment the company finally gives up, leaving some DNS's servers down and several allies companies afected.Now, we should ask to ourselves:1- Will exist another company like Blue Security?2- What is the next target from PharmaMaster?and finally, is the spam war endless?

I think that companies like this are vital in combatting spam. This is the most violent reaction, so to speak, from the spamming community so far to any initiative to stop them. Short of going and smashing their computers, there is not a lot you can do to stop them, but Blue Security did a good job of annoying them.

heck what would be good do to combat spammer do spam email with a payload attack and crash their computers I doubt to many people won't mind caring if that happens.
