SpeedFan is a freeware !! a program that monitors voltages, fan speeds and temperatures in computers with hardware monitor chips. hehehe it's great !! SpeedFan can even access SMART info for those hard disks that support this feature and show hard disk temperatures too, if supported .SpeedFan can even change the FSB on some hardware (but this should be considered a bonus feature hehew). At the lowest level, SpeedFan is a hardware monitor software that can access temperature sensors, but its main feature is that it can control fan speeds (depending on the capabilities of your sensor chip and your hardware) according to the temperatures inside your pc. This utility is used to get information on the usage of your drive, by grouping similar extensions and showing how they are distrubuted on your hard disk. This is a completely different kind of analisis that you have seen! So you can "discover" forgotten files and then decide if they are worth existing... It displays all kernel system services along with their base addresses, responsible modules as well as product names companies and module descriptions cool!. If no hooks are active on your system it means that all system services are handled by NTOSKRNL.EXE, the principal base component of most Windows operating systems which is developed by Microsoft. All you have to do to find out what kernel hooks are installed on your system is press the Analyze button at the bottom of the screen.
