It looks very tempting to join such programmes but I have really no faith in such money making. One is happy to earn money by working and earning that way. There is no real short cut to getting money and fame too. Instead of making money that way, I would rather design many website templates and earn money from it. Or otherwise make useful websites and earn money through advertisements. And sorry for receiving warning. This is a place to have fun not receive warning. I was reading the site and they say:

There are no admin fees! so all of your payment goes directly to your sponsors. Here at Snowball funds 100% of the income generated goes straight to it members.

Bla bla, what a scam, let's see, they open a site, they pay for hosting, domain, etc and they don't get anything???!!!!
