Installed Php List Under Fantisco And It Wont Work!

I get a wacked up screen instead of an admin screen that looks like this when trying to access phplist:

i am getting the exact same error message when trying to access mine..although i just installed one to see if i got the same message and it seems i do, would not know why his would be happening, just have to wait for admin reply or go to http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ and put in a ticket there and see what they say
