Backing Up Your Computer What do you do and how often do you do it?

I know it's a lot faster if you have a file-server in your network or a NAS.

you would also have to pay for the file-server, which is a bit of money...

that would be somthing i would like to do, but i dont feel like paying the money for it... i mean, having 5 computers in the house, alll with important stuff on it, we could use that.

The virisus wouldn't be much of a problem because none of our computers have had virisus since ive installed avg free edition, spybot search and destroy on them.

I don't often do backups, and when I do it is mainly the important stuff like Work files, and the odd program or mods I made. I am not really bother about losing a game or anything like that.I am starting to make more backups now as I have managed to get a 1GB pen drive. My computer doesn't have a CD writer, so I can transfer the files to a computer that does.I also backup some of my mods to the Internet.

i have a 512 MB and that holds all the backups and my site's files, so i think 1gig would do you some good
