Now since im to young, im not old enough to get paypal but I was thinkiing of something where like you sign up with a site and you can give your virtual cc # to these pay you sites and then you can use that number for paying stuff on the net like game subscriptions and such, I was wondering because im not old enough to get a cc but I want to get some cool stuff on the net and I would like to do it by earning money from these Money making things.

I don't think that would really help you as most, if not all, of the money making programs require you to be age 18+.

that may work, but they usually require tax information like a taxid or sin number

I also think you might be in trouble if you are under 18. They might be able to keep your money - and you did all the work.
