just a little question how do you people put in them like lines that you put around your text to make them look cool are they brushes or do you do summat else ???

 

and any 1 know any cool filters i could use to make my stuff look betta im lackin in the special effects department

That`s bad. Is it brushing is Background? Try something cooler. ww.devianart.com - you can download tehere new brushes. Render sux a bit, nice car, but blending is bad, to don`t say more. Try some blending options. text is ok. At all 6/10
