boyCradle 0 Report post Posted October 24, 2004 I dont know if you could still consider Jewel as a Modern folk artist. try listening to her first album "Pieces of You" its almost like a folk - country album. although she shift and made a dance album, her next release will be a return to her root. it will be out next year.Dixie Chicks is a country.
