How I Can Format My Storage Data On Host Server?

can any one of you guys please tell me how i can format my storage data on hosting?I mean i have hosting on Xisto and i want to delete all the previous files and i want to upload new ones,how to do it?I had a phpbb forum and another forum which i installed on this hosting.

use the file manager in your cpanel. or use any FTP client. depends on which you are comfortable with. if you can upload files, you can delete them as well. for autoinstalled scripts via fantastico in cpanel, you can uninstall them via same.
