How to disable download managers from downloading e.g. RAR files from a folder called e.g. "downloads" on Apache?I'm guessing that I need to enter some commands inside the .htaccess file in the folder "downloads" so that resuming of downloads is disabled and multiple connections from the same remote host are forbidden.
