How To Upload Files In File Manage

Hello...
I've got hosting by trap 17, and now im trying to upload pages to the site.for example i have added one page in Public_html , and i can see that messege in file manager

Show File
Delete File
Edit File
Change Permissions
Rename File
Copy File
Move File
Html Editor

File Url: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

But when i open that page (http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ ) the page doesnt open?
I get this messege

I have tried to change into index.html, and opened faisalabad.be , and faisalabad.be/index.html but it doesnt work..can some one help me please, how to upload files ? let me know, thanks

You need to quote each and everything which you've not written...it is basically on CPANEL>File Manager and this text is on the right hand side.

Your "index.html" file must be placed in the root of your "www" folder in that file manager.. After then it should work..

Your faisalabad.be is not pointing to Xisto's hosting site. So the questions are:

1) When you activated your hosting account which domain name did you put down? Your application says one thing and you're currently referring to another. When you access your cPanel you can see which domain name you associated with your hosting (on the left hand side)

2) The nameserver is not correct for Xisto. It's still pointing to EuroDNS. Access your domain control and change the nameserver to ns1.trap17.com and ns2.trap17.com. Wait 24~72 hours to update and you shall see your page. In the mean time I can see your page just fine by typing http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
