Cannot Access My Cpanel Dont know whats wrong

Hi all!, i just received my free webhosting account but i cannot acces cPanel the info i got from the installation log to enter to my account was this url http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ i entered but when i write my account info, it tells me

Login Attempt Failed!

i also checked if my username is correct at

https://support.xisto.com/

and it is therefore i might think my password is incorrect but the installation log confirmed it. My question is. Am I wrong? or should i reset my password?thanx in advance

You are using the incorrect IP address. Since the server migration (which was posted in the ALERTS AND NOTICES section) our new IP address is 64.69.46.210It is always the best idea to use http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ to access your cPanel, however, this will be the only server migration since we are now on a dedicated server.Topic closed.
