moldboy 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2005 I was wondering where/how I could get a legal disclamer for my website
jlhaslip 4 Report post Posted November 19, 2005 I suppose that it would make a difference if we knew what sort of things you wanted to disclaim. Copyright issues? or Content issues? or do you want to warn about the addictive nature of the site? (just kidding)Try using your best friend--- Google---. That might be a good start. moogie 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2005 Do you mean some statement so that, for instance, you cannot be held responsible for something? Some sites have disclaimers stating they won't be responsible for anything that's downloaded from their site. Others say they won't warranty the accuracy, reliability or that the information is free from errors and/or omissions.Knowing what you are trying to protect yourself from, will help you to decide what kind of disclaimer you need to have, or even if you need one.Sorry that isn't a lot of help but some more information would be helpful. moldboy 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2005 Sorry I should have been more specific, I would like to know how I would go about making a Privacy Policy, and a Terms and Conditions Document. Also, this is on a non related topic, a EULA for software.
