Can't Login To Ftp Nor Cpanel ...

Starting this week i have not been able to get into FTP nor Cpanel of my site. Reason?

What kind of problems are you getting? Is it that you cannot use your password? If you forgot your password, please go to https://support.xisto.com/ and click on the Reset Cpanel Password. (Note: 10 Credits required. The credits will not be returned). If you know your password, please remember to NOT POST the password on this forum to get help from other members. Instead try the following:

1.) Login here: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
2.) if that didn't work, try http://forums.xisto.com/cpanel
3.) I'm assuming you tried http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ already

For FTP:

1.) Try 69.50.188.18 as the FTP server
2.) Try ftp.trap17.com
3.) Try ftp.spudguns.trap17.com

If those options do not work, please reply, and an admin will investigate.

all of the cpanel logins refuse connection with me. ftp choice 1 worked for me, thank you.it works now. thanks for the support, Xisto!
