lamode 0 Report post Posted September 17, 2005 (edited) I downloaded the program today and installed it, but it dont seem to be working, keep getting the follwoing error: Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/xrayn/public_html/support/main.php on line 14I wonder if anyone know any live supoort program that is similar to kayako support? any help would be extreme useful. Florisjuh 0 Report post Posted September 17, 2005 Like the name tells you, its a script for e support, so basicly a script where you can add trouble tickets and bring them under the attention of admins. It's pretty nice, altho I didnt know it was freeware..You might want to check out phpSupport (http://phpsupport.jynx.net/) its another free support ticket system powered by PHP.
