Unknown Cpanel Password help with title

Hey,bassicly i've forgotten my password and username for my cpanel. . .I had all the details saved on my old pc so i didnt need to enter any details.So wud the username be my forum name or website name? i.eGoosestaf 0r Tribunedesign ?and as for the password. . . is there any way i can be sent it??

go to request username and password info in the get hosted forums

Take a look at your application request and you will find your cPanel user name. Then go to https://support.xisto.com/ and pick choice #7 to reset your password. Don't forget, this resetting process requires you to enter your forum user name and forum password.
