A list of ports preset is scanned for each equipment.Other functionalities:- Automatic network discovery- Entire subnets can be scanned simultaneously without human intervention- Addition time-reality of the new machines put on the network- Detection of the OS, brand and model known (Possibility to add an unknown equipment in the database)- Ability to save the network state- A Samba share browser- For each machine, one can launch a script (ex:ping, nmap) and display the result- For each port, one can launch an application (ex:rdesktop for the terminal server service) get it from:http://autoscan-network.com/ Notice from BuffaloHELP: Copied from the link above. This way, members will read and if interested download the program and later express their opinnions regarding their program.Think now, if no one would post the description of a program or anything else, how can anyone discuss about it. Even if someone starts a thread about a program, many members won't know about that program and won't post their replies.This is my opinnion.
