its the warning if u break the rules or get in trouble or sumthing like that, a moderator or admin can put ur warning level up and when it reaches 100% u get banned from the forum for a certain ammount of time depending on what the admin has set (time wise) hope that helps

Yeah.....Where did the so called "warn" go anyways ??I guess it went away because it was lonely because every one got 0% eh ?
