Quake 3 Configs

Recently watched couple of PRO movies about quake 3 and tried game again. I need as many cvars and other console commands to customize quake settings according to my needs. Still not sure about net code of the game to enchance the speed on different types of connection. People that have detailed configs with descriptions please post them here. I also encourage to post unique commands other than those:

I've recently started playing Quake3, the first time i've seen it it gave me chills. This game is a lot of fun due to the speed u can get while bonny hopping through the whole map and pin point the enemy's location and shoot'em all. Q3 game configuration really depends on the type of game background you have. I myself am a full time CSer and Q3 is only what i do part time as a gamer.

*TIP: good thing to set your sensitivity lower maybe like 2-8 depending on again the background you are coming from and set the graphics to low to get the most FPS because you'll need it

Jesus guys! What a SPAM :)Well... I played Quake 3 a bit and must say that a good config is very important. Especially cg_fov to be configurated well with your mouse sensitivity.If you are starting, the best what to do is have a look at configs of good world class players. They post their configs on the quake - related webstes or just get robbed by the users of the computers that they used for a tournament or sth :)Try them on and choose the one you like the most, then improve its content adding what you need.good luck!
