If it does it at "high" burn speed & NOT at low speed..then the drive bearings are probably going bad. - not something you can fix yourself. faith 0 Report post Posted August 8, 2005 I recommend just buying a new one **ebay** no one trusts ebay but im sure you can find a very good burner there, or anywehere else at that matter, i wouldnt feel right having a noisy burnder, ide freak out screaming that its broke.
