I followed the link that was sent to me in the e-mail, filled it out, and recived the following:

 

Processing.. Please wait!. Do not hit RELOAD or BACK..

Username Validated.

Connecting to Database...

Database Connection Established.

Validating username and password..

Username Validated.

Checking permissions..

Sorry! You are cannot signup for a hosting Package!

What's wrong?

Quite possible that you don't have enough hosting credits, do you have more than ten? (Significantly more I mean, like 12-14 I suggest) and then try again...

 

Otherwise, this serves as a bump to get some mods and admins to answer..

Well, when I sent in the application, I had twelve points. When I came back today, it was approved and I had two. I assumed they were taken as a payment for the site.
