just select everything with a rectangle, leave some of it out for padding,

then invert your selection, then smooth it about 7 or 8 pixels.

very useful to have only top cornes rounded and bottom corner at 90?, thank you vrey much.

To have same effect with 4 rounded corners rectangle selection tool may be use with a 10px round option, and stroke the same way.
