Reason For Trap17's Slow Loading? Anyone else have this?

Recommended Posts

I use ADSL and Firefox, but I've been experiencing long loading times as well. I wonder if the problem is at Xisto's server(s) or perhaps my own computer is getting slow?

Trap17 forum was unable to load yesterday for me, no need to say 5 or 30 seconds..I'm using Opera browser by the way.I think it's not the ISP or browser fault. I think its the nature and structure of Xisto. Lots of users are using the forum at any one time, you can never see only 1 member is online here. And I think the bandwidth alocated for this forum is quite low such that we using it will cause jams and bottlenecks.Like what I've said, I was unable to load the forum yesterday. This problem does not happen once, its alot of times since I joined Xisto.Hope the administrators increase and put some extra bandwidth to the forum since its a webhosting company, should be able to I hope...

I'm not sure if this has been previously discussed or not, I did search for it and was unable to find any previous posts on it.  My question is...why does this Xisto forum take so dang long to load?!!

I use Avant Browser which runs off of Internet Explorer and it seems that all my other websites load at efficient rates for having a cable connection, however, once I get here and try to navigate through the forum, it becomes a burden.  It takes so very long for some pages to load and it's quite a nuisance.  I can honestly walk away for a couple minutes sometimes and come back and still be waiting, while a different webpage will load in seconds.  Does anyone else experience this?

I also feels that it is very slow. May be because is has to load so much content...!!!!!
