All Games Banned In Greece face a fine if you have them

wow, that's torture. how could they make a stupid law like that and what do they wish to achieve? Also how are they planning to implement this? In my city they have banned 'loud' music while driving and I can tell you, the traffic police are having a hard time implementing this.
