Recommended Posts

Hello, i saw that a brand called EOLITE are selling a low cost notebook +-U$S 500, with a via c3 1.2ghz, 40gb hd, 512mb, wi-fi, DVD, etc, i found that this processor have the lowest voltage consumption in the planet(so the battery life is longer), Also i know that the performance(in desktop applications) of this processor is as good as the Celeron, In multimedia or games i don't know, but i think that is slower than the celeron.Any of you know something about this notebooks????Andrescasta

What I've heard was that the performance of those CPUs are low, lower than a mobile celeron. But they are very good for notebooks anyhow because of their low power consumption and therefore long bettery life.
