This is where most of the artists hang up.Newbies be specific while asking question,Most of artists lurk arround forum while someone will sure help you.

 

 

Surfunion:-It is nice forum with helpin carin members.Most active forum i ever seen among the websites i mentioned here. Now updated with a search engine facility for past questions, this site has can only described as awesome. http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

 

 

CG Tantra (Indian Version of CGtalk) :-

 

The site layout has been recently revamped and this has greatly improved usability.Nice Community with most of the active artist from india.Though there is very limited stuff here,Try it.

There is no need to discuss about this one.Most of the users know this place.Even if you do not belong to digital art even then maybe you downloaded Skins,themes,wallpacks from this site.Anyway,Excellent site with large number of professional artists.
